This category is a basketball competition that celebrates teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship. Reflecting the CAS Statement of the Year, it encourages teams to imagine possibilities, work together with purpose, and inspire positive change through leadership, perseverance, and collective action on and off the court.

Registration Policy: Only the first 8 registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Confirmation of Participation: Schools whose registrations are accepted will receive a confirmation by Monday, August 10, 2026.

Rules & Regulations
CAS Statement of the year - 'Imagining an Impactful Future'
Eligibility
Category: Under-18 Boys (DOB on or after 01 January 2008)
Team of 4 players (3 players + 1 substitute) with 1 additional coach/team manager
Only registered players are eligible to participate.
Players must carry a valid School ID (with DOB) or Birth Certificate.
Tournament Format
Knockout format (8 teams)
Matches will be played as per FIBA 3x3 Rules.
Match Format
10-minute running clock.
First team to 21 points, or the team with the higher score at the end of regulation, wins.
Overtime: First team to score 2 points wins.
Scoring: Inside arc – 1 point | Beyond arc – 2 points | Free throw – 1 point.
Shot Clock: 12 seconds.
Time-out: One 30-second timeout per team.
Important Information
Teams must report 30 minutes before their match.
A proper basketball kit is mandatory.
Failure to report within 10 minutes of the scheduled time will result in a 20–0 walkover.
Referees' and the Tournament Committee's decisions are final.
Any misconduct may lead to disqualification.
