Pitch

Inspired by the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, this category invites students or student groups to present impactful ideas that address authentic needs and create meaningful change. Aligned with the CAS statement of the year, participants will pitch innovative projects or solutions that inspire hope, solve real-world problems, and contribute to a better tomorrow. They will present their idea in a 5-minute pitch.

Location: Multi-Purpose Hall

Rules & Regulations

  • Participants are required to present entrepreneurial projects or innovative ideas that address authentic needs and create a positive impact on individuals, communities, or the environment.

  • Projects should align with the CAS Statement of the Year.

  • Ideas will be presented in the format of a recorded video pitch, with a focus on clarity, coherence, and persuasive communication.

  • Participants will have 5 minutes to pitch their idea or project, demonstrating its purpose, impact, and potential.

  • A single student or a group of students may participate.

  • In the case of a group, a maximum of 3 students is allowed.

  • Participants may use visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations, infographics, or prototypes to enhance the understanding and visualization of their ideas.

  • The recorded video pitch must be submitted to the organizers by Wednesday, August 6, 2025, 6:00 PM IST.

  • The top 15 shortlisted entries will be notified via email by Sunday, August 10, 2025, and will be invited to present their ideas live before the panel of judges on Monday, August 18, 2025, at the CAS Summit.

  • Each shortlisted team will have 5 minutes to present their idea, followed by a 3-minute question-and-answer session where judges may seek clarification and assess the feasibility and practicality of the proposed idea.

  • Shortlisted teams from outstation schools will present their ideas to the judges through an online video call at their scheduled time on the day of the event.

  • Judges will consider the scalability and sustainability of the proposed ideas, looking for projects with the potential to create a lasting positive impact.
