This category is in the format of a conference. Drawing inspiration from Shark Tank format, this category calls out to students or student groups who have made exceptional entrepreneurial or innovative projects that have impacted society and addressed authentic needs to solve real world problems.
Venue: Primary Multipurpose Hall
Maximum schools: 15
(first come first serve based on registration)
Eligible grades- Grade 9 to Grade 12
A single student or a group of students can apply.
In the case of a group a maximum of 3 students are allowed
Rules & Regulations:-
Participants are required to present projects/ ideas that are entrepreneurial in nature or that has made any positive impact on any community
Ideas will be presented to a panel of judges in the form of conferences (Shark Tank format), with a focus on clarity, coherence, and persuasive communication.
The participant will have 5 minutes to make their pitch or presentation to convince the impact of their idea or project to the judges
There will be a 3 minute question and answer segment where judges will have the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification from participants, emphasizing the feasibility and practicality of the proposed ideas.
Presenters may use visual aids such as powerpoint presentations, infographics, or prototypes to enhance the understanding and visualization of their ideas. The videos or powerpoint presentation used during the presentation should be submitted to the organizers by 18th April 2024 to oversee the technical feasibility.
Judges will consider the scalability and sustainability of the proposed ideas, looking for projects that can grow and have a lasting positive impact on the community.
