The Balance

This online category looks forward to a 3 minute video submission of a solo/ group yoga demonstration addressing the CAS statement of the year-The God of small things. The participants should use yoga routines in a demonstration format.

1. All submissions for the online category must be submitted by  April 17 2024. 6pm IST .Subject: Name of the competition categoryBody: Name of the school, Name of the participants and Synopsis of the submission.
   Video submission must be in MP4 format
   No personal information of the students, school etc should be there in the video submissions
   The results will be announced on  April 23 2024
   Video submission , if submitted as a google drive link should be provided access.

Rules and regulations:-

• One school is allowed to have only one entry

• The demonstration can be performed solo or in a group

• In case of group , the maximum number of participants should be 10

• The ability to address the theme through the demonstration is important

• The video should be of highest quality and shot in landscape mode

• Time duration must be strictly adhered to.

• Use of monologues, background music, vocals etc are allowed and should be given due credits

• In case of languages used apart from English,subtext/ closed captions in English must be provided

• The criteria for judgment is:-

-Creativity & Innovation

-Presentation & Demonstration

-Technique proficiency
